At tobeatelier, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if an item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and protective seals are intact to avoid damage during transit.

  Ship the Parcel

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our atelier team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
